How to pay for your stay?

The balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, you will have to pay the totality of the stay at the time of the reservation.

What are the authorized means of payment?

Credit card by phone or on the website

Cheque payable to SARL Le Chatelier (if arrival more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay)

ANCV – the cheque must arrive with the stub and the name and address of the holder on each cheque

Cash or bank transfer

Can I book a particular rental property?

We will try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee a specific location in advance.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

No refund will be possible, except if you subscribed an insurance with Campe Couvert at the reservation. The application for reimbursement must be made to them.

Are pets allowed in the rentals?

Only 1 animal per rental. Please note that1st and2nd category dogs are strictly forbidden. The vaccination booklet (with tattoo number and up to date vaccination) will be requested on arrival.

Do I have to bring the sheets?

Yes, you must bring your own sheets, towels and kitchen towels.

At the reception desk, you can buy disposable sheets (large sheets 12 €, small sheets 10 €)

What happens if I arrive late?

You have to inform the reception at, deposit your deposit by credit card by phone. An envelope with your name on it and the keys and access map to your rental will be placed in a dedicated safe, the code of which will be given to you once the deposit is made.

What are the conditions of access to the pool?

Access reserved exclusively for campsite guests

Wearing the bracelet is mandatory

Swim shorts and dresses are not allowed

Are visitors allowed in the pool?

For security reasons, visitors are not allowed in the pool.

Are barbecues allowed?

Gas or electric barbecues are allowed. Charcoal barbecues are prohibited.

Is there a wifi access on the campsite?

Wifi connection for a fee on the whole campsite.

How are the departures going?

Rentals must be vacated by 10 hours maximum.

The exit inventory will be done by our cleaning team AFTER your departure and the deposit will be cancelled if no damage has been found.

What if I want to pay for the cleaning service?

If you wish to take the cleaning option you can do so until the day before your departure, subject to availability. Please note that the cleaning option does not include the dishes and cupboards as well as the rubbish bins which must be emptied by you.

Can I have one more person to sleep with?

For reasons of comfort, the rentals have a maximum capacity of 4 to 7 people depending on the type of mobile home. If you plan to receive an extra person, please check with the reception desk to make sure that your accommodation is suitable. The new occupant will have to be declared and will have to pay the tourist tax and/or supplement.
